Day 9: Catching Up

Hello family, friends and readers!

This morning I spent a good part of the day in a bakery at Tama Plaza Station to do work. It was a much needed day to catch up on many things. Not only was I able to do work (both for Canada and Japan) but I also caught up with friends from my past. This trip to Japan has reconnected me with many people and for that I am so thankful!

Today has been one of the more “normal” days I’ve had since arriving in Japan. Reminds me to be thankful for the opportunities that God provides for work, friendships and time spent with Him.

I’ve also begun a few illustrations for Seisho no Kotoba. Stay tuned! I love that I am able to illustrate in a style that targets the Japanese, I pray that God will inspire the images and allow for great communication to the Japanese!

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.”
Proverbs 3:5

Prayer points:

1. Pray for the Japanese to be responsive to our outreaches.

2. Pray for my creativity to be spirit-led and productive!
