Hello family, friends and readers!
Today I had my first meeting with the connect team, led by Matthias! We met at Gusto, a fantastic restaurant that serves unlimited beverages and cheap delicious food. Perfect for meetings and working remotely.
Matthias and I got to discuss Seisho no Kotoba (Bibleword project) and other projects he’d like me to be a part of. I’m looking forward to the spirit-led designs that God will provide to reach the Japanese. We spent a good time brainstorming themes and possible series for the future.
After the meeting, we went our separate ways and I had a late lunch. This was a tonkastu meal set. In Japan, it seems common for people to eat alone, many will be working in the restaurants or cafes. I’ll do my best to adopt this lifestyle of working on-the-go during my time here.
Jessy and I were meeting Daniela and Candace for Karaoke! We arrived to Ichikawa Station early, so for dinner, we both got Ramen!
We spent a fun evening singing Karaoke to send off Candace!

1. Pray for the Japanese Church and for opportunities to reach the Japanese.
2. For God’s protection and providence for the Japanese affected by the recent natural disasters.
3. Pray for creative inspiration for the projects that I will be handling.
